Player Registration        This page is updated for 2010

Boundary Map - Confirm you live within our boundaries first.  If not in NNLL boundary, link to District 6 to find your league.

Proof of Residence Requirements - View the acceptable proof.

Proof of Age Requirements - View the acceptable proof.

Medical Release Form - Print and submit at onsite Registration event.

Financial Assistance Request - Print and submit with stated evidence at onsite Registration event.  At the event, you will be interviewed.

Paper Registration Form  - Registering online is preferred, otherwise print and submit at onsite registration event.  At the onsite event, you will transfer all info from this form into our database.


Volunteer Forms

2010 Volunteer Application - Print and submit at onsite regsitration event with copy of valid driver's license.

Manager Application - Submit at onsite registration event.  At the event, you will be interviewed.
